The basic rental prices of the warehouses, including property insurance costs, without extra charges and depending on the surface area of the rented warehouse, are as follows:

Warehouses from 1.3 to 2 square meters: €38/month

Warehouses from 2.4 to 3 square meters: €57/month

Warehouses from 3.4 to 4.4 square meters: €76/month

Warehouses from 4.6 to 5 square meters: €95/month

Warehouses 6 square meters: €114/month

Warehouses 7 square meters: €133/month

LUGGAGE & ARCHIVES STORAGE RATES

The rental prices for lockers for luggage or file storage are as follows:

Locker rental from 1 to 10 days: 25€

Locker rental from 11 to 20 days: 40€

Locker rental from 21 to 31 days: 50€

The rental prices for a Tax Office (TO) are as follows:

RO rental for 6 months: 45€/month (Minimum rental)

RO rental for 12 months: 42€/month (7% discount)

RO rental for 24 months: 38€/month (15% discount)

RO rental for 36 months: 34€/month (25% discount)

DISCOUNT PACKAGES FOR WAREHOUSE & LOCKERS RENTAL

5% discount for 12-month rentals.

8% discount for 24-month rentals.

10% discount for 36-month rentals.

10% discount for military personnel, people with disabilities, families with three or more children, large families, students, and retirees.

* Discount packages do not work in combination, while discounts apply in the case of prepayment of the total rent.
